We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return policy for all our award-winning home office furniture and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support page and submit a return request form with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Disassemble your furniture carefully and secure it in the original Secretlab packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
